Four bedrooms each have a king bed, a desk and blackout blinds, and one has its own en-suite. Three sofa beds in the living area sleep up to four more guests, and there are two bathrooms in total, one with a deep bath.

The kitchen is set up for proper cooking, with an island, integrated Siemens appliances, a Nespresso-compatible machine and a French press. The dining table seats the whole group, and the balcony has outdoor seating for morning coffee.

It works as well for a work trip as a family visit: 900 Mbps full-fibre Wi-Fi, a desk in every bedroom and direct transport links to the City and the West End.

Parking

There is no private parking space. On-street bays outside the building are free at weekends and paid on weekdays from 8am to 6:30pm (about £4 an hour, 4 hours maximum). Citipark Bell Street car park is a 7-minute walk away. Please check the street signs, as restrictions change.

Good to know

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00, with free bag drop from 11:30 on arrival day. A refundable £250 security deposit is held on your card. No parties, quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00, and no pets except assistance dogs. Read all house rules.
